Originally from Chicago,IL. She moved to Arizona in 2008 and quickly immersed herself into the fitness industry. She first became passionate about health when she was only 15, after losing her mother to breast cancer. This was her initial introduction in to what nutrients and food could actually do for the body and her catalyst to make her health her top priority. She eventually became overwhelmed with the plethora of information available and became distorted in her eating, which was later overcome by being introduced into fitness. “Every thing just clicked, everything made sense. I wanted to fuel my body properly to feel good and I wanted to feel good so I could perform better. It was this amazing ripple effect. Once I started fueling my body properly and becoming stronger, I became a better friend, business owner, family member, and spouse. The better I treated myself, the better I was treating others. Fitness built my self-esteem,confidence,as well as my mental and emotional well being. It also taught me discipline and it allowed me to see my true potential and what I was actually capable of. I truly feel like fitness saved my life”. It is Deanna’s passion and purpose to educate and instruct other’s how to become active and make life-long lifestyle changes.
